Why We Built This Site
North Carolina gives the public access to many court records, but Brunswick County records are divided by record type. The Clerk of Superior Court handles court case files, public terminals, civil filings, criminal filings, estates, special proceedings, and divorce judgments. The Register of Deeds handles marriage licenses, certified marriage copies, birth and death records, real estate recordings, maps, and notary records. The Sheriff's Office manages the detention center, inmate search, civil process, and warrant service information.
This private reference site brings those official access points into a county-specific layout. It uses the Brunswick County courthouse, Clerk of Superior Court, Register of Deeds, Sheriff's Office, North Carolina eCourts Portal, NC Judicial Branch guidance, and state public-record rules as the frame for local record access.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to Brunswick County courts, the North Carolina Judicial Branch, the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, the Register of Deeds, or any state or federal agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file court papers or send records requests for anyone
- We cannot issue certified copies of court, estate, marriage, or vital records
- We cannot give legal advice, case strategy, or advice about warrants, charges, custody, or divorce
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, portal field, or office hour is current at the moment you read it
Only the issuing court or official government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results.
